Call for Papers: Special Issue "Data Innovation in Industrial Ecology"

Data innovation and progress in data science are an increasingly important part of industrial ecology. Data innovation comes with opportunities (e.g., new types of analysis) and challenges (e.g., privacy), but also with questions as to how data science will be integrated into industrial ecology methods and can meaningfully inform policies and actions that support sustainable development.

The Journal of Industrial Ecology announces a special issue to explore these questions.  Submissions are welcomed on both fundamental work on data innovation in industrial ecology and work that illustrates successful applications to sustainable systems research.

Submission deadline: June 30, 2020.
